Creating Your Account
To create your account, click on sign up at the top right of the site. Fill in the requested information. You will be sent an email containing an activation link. After you click this link, your account will be activated and you can log in.
Syncing Your Characters
Visit Import a Classic Character to claim your character. Be sure to follow the instructions listed in the Help section there.
Changing Your Username
You can change your username within the profile settings, located within the drop down menu at the top right of the site. In the Edit User Profile section, fill in your desired username where your old one was displayed. Your current password will be required. Then, hit the “Change” button.
Changing Your Password
Your password can be changed within the profile settings, located within the drop down menu at the top right of the site. In the Edit User Profile section, fill in the blanks requesting your current and new password. Then, hit the “Change” button.
I Forgot my Password
Passwords can be reset using the Forgot Password? button on the log in page. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account. You should then receive an email with a new temporary password and a link. Once you click this link, your password will be set to the temporary password that you were provided with, and you can log in normally using it.
To change your password from the provided temporary one, go to the profile settings, located within the drop down menu at the top right of the site. In the Edit User Profile section, fill in the blanks requesting your current and new password. Then, hit the “Change” button.
Deleting an Account
If you wish to delete your Warcraft Logs Classic Fresh account, you will need to send an email to [email protected] with your request for assistance.
Activating Your Patreon Benefits
If your Patreon email matches your Warcraft Logs Classic Fresh account email, you won’t have to do anything for your subscription to activate, it will do so automatically. This may take up to 24 hours.
If your emails do not match, please send an email to support at [email protected] listing both of your email addresses and they will be linked together.
Social Media and Contact Information
You may add your media and contact info within the profile settings, located within the drop down menu at the top right of the site. Scroll down to Social and Contact Settings and fill in your information. (Note: You should type only your username, not full site links. For example, myusername instead of www.twitch.tv/myusername)
